Stateline Aesthetics may contract with companies or persons to provide certain services including text marketing, credit card processing, scheduling software, shipping, data analysis and management, promotional services, etc. - collectively, Service Providers. We provide our Service Providers with the information needed for them to perform these services for our business.
We do not share your personal information with third parties for those third parties’ direct
marketing purposes; we do not buy, sell, or share text messaging opt-in information.

This Privacy Policy explains how Stateline Aesthetics, along with its subsidiaries and affiliates, (collectively, the “Company”) use and disclose information and data collected through our website at www.statelineaesthetics.com (“the Site”). Use of the words “we” and “our” refer to Company. Use of the words “you” and “your” refer to you. This Privacy Policy applies to our online and related practices and not necessarily to other areas of Company. By accessing and/or using the Site, you are consenting to the collection, storage, disclosure and use of information and data, and to acceptance of the terms, conditions and practices, described in this Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics Advertising Features
Google is a Third Party we use to provide services for us. They require us to inform you that we use certain advertising features of their Google Analytics services. “Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting” may be enabled for both the Subscription Service and the Site. This information may be used to use the General Information to diagnose problems with our servers, to administer the Site, to improve our Site, services and goods, and for other purposes such as generating or refining AdWord campaigns hosted on other sites not hosted or associated with the Company. Their analytic information is not associated with a single individual or their Personally Identifiable Information but may be associated with a Service Provider or Client ID. Google Analytics can be opted out through several methods including Google’s browser add on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/).
Disclosure for Legal Reasons
The Company may also disclose information and data that you provide through the Site, including but not limited to, General Information, Email Information and Use Information, when it believes, in its sole discretion, the law requires such disclosures or if it has a good faith belief that such action is necessary or appropriate to comply with the law. Examples of such disclosure include, without limitation, to protect and defend the rights or property of Company, to protect the personal safety of the public or the users of the Site and/or the Software, Materials and Services, to comply with legal process, to enforce any terms or use agreement, other agreements, or this Privacy Policy, and to respond to claims.
Children
We have no way of distinguishing the age of individuals who access our Site. We do not intend to collect any personal information from children under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with personal information would like the information deleted from our records, he or she should contact us at the email address listed at the bottom of this policy statement. We will then make reasonable efforts to delete the child’s personal information from our files. We may also delete it in our own discretion.
